World Record Smashed!
Team Slingshot smashed the world record for distance for a plastic chassis slot car with a new world record of 233.3 Miles!!!!! Here's the record breaking moment!
That is 14.25 feet per second, average speed, in case anyone is wondering. That is a fair speed for an RTR-based car on a wide open commercial track. Motors were limited to 20k Slot.It Boxer 2's, and tires were dry, no foam, no goop.
