RAA vs. DUPR (alphabet soup racing)

My Proslot 911 GT2 will soon be winging it's way to Australia for the Down Under Proxy Race. This car is faster than my current RAA car by more than a 1/10th of a second on the ENYR. The 959 is doing well. But MrBugs is catching up fast after having missed the first race. I don't think I'll be able to hold onto the top spot for long.

Finally I got my DUPR car out today. Proxy racing is just about the coolest thing going in this hobby and I'm glad that Martin decided to have a race.

The car is faster than my current RAA car even though I'm pretty sure the body is heavier.

Those ProSlot car sure clean up nice! When you get them they're junk. The gears on every one of them I have are terrible. The molding is so crude and needs to be cleaned up. But the plastic on the bodies is nice and thin so they lend themselves well to being used for "serious" racing. I wish that ProSlot was still in the business of making scale 1/32 cars.
