Hill climb....looks like Luf's huh?

Well I found this on YouTube and it's worth watching over and over again.

This track was the reason I got into slots. I saw this clip on Luf's site and I was sold! I come from a model railroading family, I love scenery and I never thought slot cars could have this kind of scenery...boy was I wrong.

I miss the hillclimb, but having the Targa track is even better. I think this clip is of Todd, who was the master of the hillclimb but no longer races with us.

Milo, that must have been quite a lot of fun. A very influencial track on the hobby I think.

I have met a lot of great people through the hobby of slot car racing, but Luf is by far the best. He is very generous with his time, money and space putting slot car racing ahead of virtually everything. He even has oldslotracer.com on his business card, just to get reaction from his customers. I worked for Luf for a few months a couple of years ago, and any customer that showed even the slightest interest (usually, "what's that?" and pointing at the big tracks leaned up against the wall) was ushered upstairs to see the permanent tracks and perhaps try their hand at it.
