Dave -- when you say "tats-and-goatie," are you referring to a man (well, one hopes it's a man!) with tattoos and a goatee, or some concoction like "neeps and tatties," the traditional side dish to haggis? I have an excellent recipe for neeps and tatties, if you need one.
